Organizations around the world are grappling daily with the necessity to resolve internal conflicts that cause strikes or other forms of protests. At a costs of millions of dollars per day, industries are unraveling daily as a result. The solutions will require subject matter experts on a level never seen before in every area of expertise. Hiring them will be top priority. Additionally, organizations need to investigate ways to continue earning like documentaries that cover the subject matter or genres that include strikes which include hiring actors and sponsorships. Now that’s motivation to end the strike right away. Recommendations: Assume we know what "strikes" are, so probably no need to define the term. How do you define the term "striking culture"? You say you want to "define solutions that work for organizations". I am afraid that is not a story. Perhaps you want to explore how some strikes were resolved? If so, you may want to film a documentary.

Sample Logline: “In ‘Strikes: Catalysts for Change,’ Dr. Simon Clarke, a mediator disillusioned by failing traditional methods, tests his innovative Collaborative Bargaining Model against a backdrop of a devastating industrial strike in a town dependent on its sole large employer. With the company threatening to relocate and obliterate the town’s economy, Clarke must broker a last-chance agreement between stubborn union and corporate leaders to save the community and redefine conflict resolution in labor disputes.”
