Too late for a second chance for a businessman who abandons his wife and cohabit with his side chic.
SYNOPSIS:
Angie is a young African woman in her 30's. She gets married to Sipho and they are blessed with a baby girl Lungi with albinism. Sipho denies fathering the little girl, and abandons Angie after giving birth to another baby girl. He moves to Johannesburg and joins the property development industry, cohabits with a young socialite woman, and builds himself a name in the industry.Angie is diagnosed with cancer, while her mother in law collapse and later dies after the DNA test she arranged unethically confirms that Lungi is in fact her granddaughter. The two sisters incidentally realize their knitting talent and starts a business "Rough Edges" with the help of their mother, and later joined by two Nigerian brothers.
Sipho returns for his mother's funeral. After reconciling with Angie he returns to Johannesburg, draws a will - signing all his wealth to Angie. He unfortunately dies in a car crash. Rough Edges continues to grow and open branches in Johannesburg and Cape Town. Angie moves to Johannesburg. Frank, Nigerian, is appointed to lead the business empire left by Sipho. He merges it with his family business in Nigeria, and continues acquiring businesses in the SADC region. Frank and Angie get married.
