Just as Petra, a butcher shop saleswoman at risk of burnout, checks into a clinic on the North Sea, it turns out that she has been paid less than her unskilled colleague at her supermarket for years. At the clinic, the conflict-shy 52-year-old is suddenly forced to confront her deep-seated fear of rejection in the spiritual therapy group 'Power of 8' until, with the help of her fellow patients, she learns to follow her inner compass.
