A group of national guards take refuge in an old bunker, seeking to escape from a supernatural presence but find that the real threat comes from each other.
SYNOPSIS:
A group of weekend warriors from the National Guard embark on what should be a routine search-and-rescue mission in a dense, isolated forest. Led by the aggressive and domineering Captain Stein, the team—comprised of the insecure Kate, the cynical Daniels, the world-weary mechanic Seers, and the frail but knowledgeable Professor Krevik—soon discovers more than they bargained for.
Their search for a missing town drunk, Albus Bix, leads them to an ancient, arcane shrine hidden deep in the wilderness. Unknowingly disturbing a powerful supernatural entity, they find themselves hunted by a relentless force that preys on their fears, turning their deepest insecurities into horrifying hallucinations and deadly attacks. Seeking refuge in an abandoned military bunker, they struggle to distinguish reality from illusion as their minds are twisted against them.
With their technology failing and paranoia growing, the team must confront their own demons—both real and imagined—before the entity consumes them. As the bunker becomes their tomb, the only way out is to destroy the source of the terror. But even as they fight back, one of them makes a sinister bargain, ensuring the nightmare is far from over.
A chilling psychological horror-thriller, The Bunker blends military survival with supernatural dread, proving that sometimes, the scariest monsters are the ones inside us.
