SYNOPSIS:

The year is 2250 A.D. and trillionaire industrialist J.J. McClure IV plans on giving his 4-year old grandson a special present: a chunk of rare and precious ore from the distant planet of Pluto. McClure organizes an interstellar contest that has 10 teams race to a secret location on Earth, then board space cruisers that will launch them into outer space and then race on to Pluto.

The winning team who returns to Earth within 10 years’ time receives a cash prize of $1 billion! The contestants (comprised of boozy astronauts, greedy bureaucrats, wacky movie stars, cartoon characters and other amusing oddballs) must not only contend with each other during the race—but also battle an armada of Space Pirates who mine Pluto for the precious ore.

There can be only one—the rest are idiots!
