SYNOPSIS:

Chyann Richardson, a passionate, talented athlete, a queen destined for greatness, larger than herself, at age 18 experiences an unexpected injury, which expires her soccer ambition, plummeting her into an unconscious state of depression. Struggling to find her music, to regain her own spiritual song, a chain of negative events clouds her field of consciousness, plunging her blindly through endless downfalls. She loses her mind, her power and truth, the result of no focal point, no light anchor to her core, she forfeits her motivation for darkness, a blackout state of unconsciousness, now a pawn possessed of evil.

Chyann, raised dedicated in a sporty environment of her stepfather, embodies a beauty deeper than superficial. Energetic, curious, creative and brilliant, Chyann is always ahead of her time. A former Ontario, provincial soccer player, who competed at the National Cup in 2008 for the U-16 national championship. Chyann’s future in sports was bright, also in academics, up until her reconstructive jaw surgery and other injuries fade her career.

Swiftly, Chyann crumbles into an unconscious dream, a spiritual depression, as her egoic personality eclipses her actual person, now possessed in spirit mind, no longer her truth but the opposite. Downhearted inside, Chyann now despises life, downright hopeless, no longer fond of existence. Now ghetto, gangsta and edgy, an outspoken female, known internationally as a video girl, spellbound by money, fame, entitled conversations and belligerent industry behavior, she is paid to party. Absorbed of alcohol, now a lover of the nightlife, Chyann comes alive in the night time, an instrument of darkness.

Low and disappointed, Chyann turns to alcohol, investing her days in partying with her friends, binge drinking, with no consideration of self or her health. A dire lifestyle, one that plummets her weight to 109 lbs. Reduced meals to just one a day, leads the five-foot-eight model to shrink in size to zero. Lost in mind on industry perks, the overrated, inflated Dream, she barely finds time to eat, eating one to two meals a day, drinking four to five days a week, pulling all-nighters, at least one to two times a week, caught up in nightlife and the money it generates.

One opportunity leads to another, eventually to larger ventures, being featured in a multitude of printed magazines, videos and short films worldwide, all of which Chyann never imagined would ever be her world. Working four jobs, caught up in industry living, the love of money and tips, a party-focused lifestyle, following the mishap at age 18. Suffering deep inside, Chyann strives hard to drink away her troubles, as everything she worked for collapsed before her eyes. Clearly exhausted in overdrive, she loses a great deal of weight, no longer recognizing her own identity.

Surprised she didn't collapse earlier, after years in the industry, working four jobs at one time, effects of the delusion appear so glorified, and the money so lucrative, one ends up getting stuck, while the physical burnout is real. One day the perks to such lifestyle no longer appeal, as Chyann’s health declines, resulting in mental illness.

Chyann decides to transform her life around by getting into a fitness routine, which helps her gain 20 lbs, arriving at 130 lbs, with a curvier size 10- 12. Spiritually struggling with motivation, Chyann just needed a purpose, a reason to exist, to do and to be. In 2015, Chyann attends York University, completing with Honours a Bachelor of Psychology Degree. Personal life experiences, combined with her understanding of various psycho-social and cultural dynamics, allow her to naturally engage with any subject of interest.

Gaining new-found confidence in her physique, Chyann transforms her entire reality into an Instagram sensation, boasting more than 10,000 followers. Chyann’s most challenging hurdle is motivation. Today she holds herself accountable, helping her stay on track with her commitments, Chyann gets up and does, she doesn’t second guess it. Chyann the example, currently works to inspire others to follow in her positive footprints. A brilliant innovator, focussed visionary, and influential voice in the wilderness, Chyann uses her outspoken nature as an instrument for those unable to stand for themselves.

Deliberating disrupting life’s industries with positive change, leads Chyann to become more inspired in her career.
