LOGLINE:

Ray North, an irresponsible Tiki bar owner, hires a hit on an IRS agent. When the loose morality of the hitman causes him to flip, Ray realizes the sum of his safety becomes equal to his debt. Enough is enough. With his rag tag crew, Ray decides to go to war with the IRS.
