The life of a hair salon on Main Street in Marlborough is turned upside down when the salon's owner has to deal with a troubling stylist during the day, and random acts of vandalism in the evenings... but, are they really random?

SYNOPSIS:

A hair salon owner is staring at Main Street through the window when a client walks in. Failing to follow the CDC guidelines about wearing a mask, he redeems himself by using a meter-stick. But, the client takes the conversation out of context.

His hair stylist shows up, and completely messes up the next client’s hair. While in his office, the owner reads the previous client’s name on the receipt book, and start thinking about how to see her again.

In the evening, there is a graffiti on the siding of his salon. He contacts the authorities. A police officer shows up. It happens to be his client! He invites her for a cup of coffee, and they talk about her life.

The next day, the owner is checking the time his stylist is showing up for work. She was hiding in the closet. A client walks in. The hair stylist messes up her hair by washing it with dog shampoo.

The owner catches a homeless man smoking in front of his salon. He ask him to leave. When the owner comes back, there is a hole in the glass of his salon. The same officer comes back to investigate. They get more comfortable and end up having sex.

The next day he read an article on the newspaper that the son of the police officer is released from prison with child molestation charges. When the officer arrives, they talk about her son. But, they argue. Causing her to leaves the salon angrily. As she is getting in her car, the homeless man reveals that it is the salon’s owner that threw the rock in the glass.

The owner’s wife shows up at the salon. She becomes suspicious that he may be seeing someone. As they are arguing, the owner sits on the couch, and closes his eyes.

Sitting behind the wheel of her vehicle, the officer watches the owner stepping on the sidewalk, with his wife, and daughter. She watches the owner saying good-bye to them. Then, she goes back in, and they have another sexual encounter. But this is all just a dream, the owner is awakened by his daughter.

A shooting happens across the street. As they run for cover, they discover that it is fake and that is actually actors filming a movie scene. The owner’s daughter boyfriend arrives, and tries taking her out to the movies. But her dad does not allow her to go.

In the parking lot, the hair stylist realizes that the owner is paying her extra money. He suggest sexual encounters in exchange for the money. The officer arrives just in time, and the stylist drives away.

The officer confronts him. He needs treatment, because he sexualizes every woman he sees. His wife appear from behind a dumpster, and discovers that he is cheating on her.

A couple of days goes by, the owner is carrying one last box out of the salon when his daughter’s boyfriend shows up. The owner discover that he is the officer’s son. They talk about his sex offense sentence. The owner reveals that his stylist pressed sex charges. But, the boyfriend inspects the letter and discover that it is actually a prank. The boyfriend leaves with his daughter.

The officer arrives, and questions him where are the Salon’s equipment? He shows her a mask. She assumes that the mask is from the robbery. But, in reality, it’s a BDSM mask, and he wants to use it on her.
