Still reeling from the death of his mentor, Joshua must fight battles internally and on the battlefield to lead the children of Israel into their promised land.
SYNOPSIS:
This film is based on the first 13 chapters of the book of Joshua. Joshua is thrust into leadership as the tribe of Israel prepares to move into their promised land, currently inhabited by the lawless Canaanites. Though the Canaanites are a great challenge, they are the least of Joshua's worries. He is riddled with anxiety, grief and anger as he deals with the loss of his father-figure and friend, Moses. The tribe of Israel are doubtful of him and openly question his abilities as a leader. The only person Joshua has to rely on is his best friend, Caleb, who is prepared to fight any battle on Joshua's behalf. Joshua must rely on his previous teachings and his fighting spirit to step into the uncertainty of the battles ahead.
