SYNOPSIS:

When Arthur's partner Owen gets fired from the police department, he turns into Mr.Magma after getting hit by a laser at his new janitor job. Now as Mr.Magma he goes on a revengeful rampage. In the subplot Fluffy and Rose goes to San Fransisco to entertain at Arthur's niece's birthday party
