SYNOPSIS:

After running into some trouble back in his hometown of Santa Barbara, Silas Yamane is sent to The Houndsmoth School for Empowered Learning: a secluded, multi-generational boarding school deep in Scottish Highlands run by the infamous and cryptic Mr. Houndsmoth and his eleven professors.

Resolving to lazily list through his parents' sentence, Silas actively avoids getting drawn into other people's problems while spending the least amount of effort in his school work and daily chores.

Far more interested in consuming content surrounding this world's favorite superhero franchise: Mr. "S" & his Sierra Squad.

However, Silas' apathy and inactivity in his life choices has no place in Mr. Houndsmoth's plans for his future. Like a dog recognizing the voice of its master, Silas must learn to listen and obey the voice of Houndsmoth before the school and the master's pack of hellhounds consume him.

Accompanied by an unusual and otherworldly red-golden retriever name Vivi along with fellow students: comics expert Bengee Livingston, femme fatale Victoria Oxbow, and his jock roommate Wyatt Collins.

Silas must examine the lessons from school with the pages of the Sierra Squad comics to uncover Mr. Houndsmoth's plans after their graduation and the purpose behind those Houndsmoth calls his "Heretics."

From episode to episode, Silas is confronted with conflict in his school work (forced to sample all ten classes throughout Season 1 and pick his two Occupational Courses), his daily chore as a "gopher" (assigned to help any student with their daily chore), all while being met with the supernatural elements everyone's keenly privy to but choose to ignore in order to earn their prized exit letter from Mr. Houndsmoth: a golden ticket to a bright future.

All while learning the real truth behind Houndsmoth Manor: like Mr. Houndsmoth, conflict is an invisible hand that can either be used to build or crush your character.

It all depends on our willingness to look at our reflection and let Mr. Houndsmoth...I mean, the headmaster do the rest.
