When her gambling debt piles up, poker-addict Addie has no choice but to work as a housekeeper at an old mansion to keep her loan shark off her back. 

SYNOPSIS:

Chances of a Kiss is a contemporary romantic comedy with elements of fairy tales woven into the story-- a dash of Sleeping Beauty, a sprinkle of Cinderella and a touch of Beauty and the Beast. And maybe a just a little bit of The Lion King. Majority of the setting takes place in a fictional North American town, Grandersville, where forest farms and industrial lumber are prevalent.

Addie, mid 20s, a spunky photojournalist poker-junkie is indebted to a loan shark and must pay within the month or else she's screwed. Luckily, her cousin Cody's employer, Freddo Berstein, is looking for a temporary housekeeper. She goes to Grandersville to work at the Berstein Mansion. In the mansion, therein lies Titan, 30, Freddo's grandson and the heir of Lumberstein Farms, in a coma after his car accident. One night, Addie, drunk on cherries and tequila, kisses Titan out of the blue.

In what seems to be a reverse Sleeping Beauty story, Titan wakes up from his coma, who turns out to be more like a Beast. By chance, they encounter each other at Incognito, a pop-up bar notorious for its masquerade theme. In disguise, they share another kiss. Addie leaves Titan when she figured out it's him. Addie and Titan eventually spends a day together, getting to know each other better.

Until Leonard, Titan's uncle, tricks Addie into playing poker wherein she loses all her hard-earned money. In exchange, Leonard agrees to pay the loan shark but Addie must convince Titan to sell his company to Northern Imperial or else, her cousin Cody will be beaten up. Addie makes Titan sign the contract to save Cody. Titan is ready to handover the company to the new owners when Addie exposes Leonard and his partners on having Titan killed. Leonard admits to it. Him and his partners are arrested by the police.

Because of Addie's posts about the farm, her celebrity friend wants to buy the woodwork and lumber supply. Titan's company is saved. But his grandfather Freddo, had a stroke and dies. Addie leaves Titan to let him figure out his life, and she does the same.

Months later, Titan asks for a sign if he should pursue Addie, and he did. He found her at Incognito, alone, doing a photoshoot of the place. He tells her he's all in. And she is too, with him. They kiss.
