A Latina college senior still living at home with her overbearing single-mom, grandparents, and teen brother has to overcome cultural differences if she's going to have any luck in today's dating world, and not alienate her traditional family.

SYNOPSIS:

Mia, a college senior who still lives at home with her family has never had a boyfriend.

Her mom's outdated views on dating, and how a young woman "should behave" have alienated Mia from guys her age. But nearing the cusp of adulthood, she's desperate for independence and romance. It's up to her to challenge her family's traditional norms, while still trying to maintain the family bond that's connected them for generations.
