SYNOPSIS:

What if all the events happening in the world were part of a conspiracy to provoke the rise of a new world order?

This is the experience of Eider, a brilliant university student at Oxford with a high IQ, who is tracked by the U.S. Secret Service to be recruited as a spy. Burack and Sam, two seasoned agents in the Secret Service, are tasked with training Eider in the world of espionage. Eider discovers the world of telecommunications and the end of human privacy.

On the other hand, Jeon works for the Asian Secret Service, which pursues the same goal as the U.S. Secret Service. The global elite, self-named "the Red Circle" and led by Won, have sinister plans to establish a new world order.

Jeon designs and executes a plan to uncover the true intentions of the Red Circle. However, his plan is discovered, and he is pursued by the elite's security. Unable to escape with the information, Jeon dies while fleeing. The security searches Jeon but finds nothing. The location of the information Jeon obtained remains a mystery.

While Burack is in the hospital after an attack, Sam and Eider learn what happened to Jeon and embark on a race against time to find the stolen information before the global elite do. Thus begins a frantic competition between Sam and Eider to obtain the information that reveals the elite's plans, and the elite themselves to recover it before their wicked plans are exposed. These plans include ruling the world, provoking a shift in global hegemony, creating a single global government, a single economy, and even their own religion by falsifying Vatican doctrines and provoking apostasy.

The elite have already begun to implement their plan, using various crises and global events to destabilize the economy of the world's most powerful country and start weakening it.

With Burack recovered, Eider and Sam must act quickly to prevent the outbreak of World War III and stop the rise of the new world order.
