A psychologist looking for a missing child finds the case is even more tragic than she ever thought possible.
SYNOPSIS:
A psychologist who specializes in finding missing children agrees to help a detective looking for a teenage girl. Video evidence, found several weeks afterwards, is found that shows the missing child went into the house of a woman who has a tragic past, where she'd killed her infant in a terrible accident. The missing child never left the house, it seems. The psychologist and the detective interview the woman and locate the missing girl, hidden in a room upstairs.
The woman thinks she's found a substitute to the child she lost, and she's made sure that this one will never leave her. She has amputated the girl's arms and legs, and performed a tracheotomy so she can't speak. She fits in the deceased infant's cradle just fine, and always will.
