In the grisly aftermath of a bank robbery, an outcast detective becomes ensnared in an investigation into a gang of renegade cops.

SYNOPSIS:

After a bank heist in Philly, a getaway vehicle takes a dive into the Delaware River. Detective Joyce Minor and Detective Derek Morland are both on the case.

With very different tactics and contradictory motives, the two sleuths race against time - and each other - to find the missing thief. Morland’s team walks a thin line in their pursuit of criminal justice, while also attempting to help a jailed colleague secure financial stability for his family.

These tasks are further complicated by a broken marriage, a love affair with an exotic dancer, and an FBI investigation. Unaware that she may not be able to fully trust Morland's team, Detective Minor follows a trail of clues left by the sunken bank robbers, leading her down a path of danger and violence that will push her moral compass to the limit.

With Internal Affairs officers Porter and Larson keeping tabs on everyone’s moves, Minor must get to the bottom of the case before its darkness engulfs her completely.
