SYNOPSIS:

In "Breaking Free," we witness Ryan's journey as a young Blasian (Black and Asian ancestry) man with lofty aspirations of becoming a football player. However, his pragmatic Chinese family traditions prove to be a significant obstacle he must overcome. Having lost his parents at a young age, Ryan was forced to mature quickly. Yet, his grandfather, the stoic family patriarch, insists on shaping him into a worthy successor within the family heritage. Despite facing overwhelming challenges, Ryan refuses to abandon his football dream and is willing to sacrifice everything to achieve it.
