The CIA are tasked with babysitting the most notoriously despised terrorist on Earth after his reputed rebirth.

SYNOPSIS:

Despised Colombian Revolutionary, Paco Parfit, is the most-wanted man on the planet, having committed countless horrendous and damnable crimes against humanity. Along with his terrorist organization, the Hand of Justice, he outwits and outruns the international community, lead by several CIA operatives in their long-ongoing pursuit to bring him to justice.

With each of their own personal motivation to execute Paco, the CIA operatives find matters complicated after they successfully incapacitate and capture him, only to necessitate his help seeking out the Hand of Justice when they threaten to execute American hostages.

With a deadline until the terrorists act on their threat, the CIA have no choice but to suppress their bloodlust for Paco and use him for their own means, even if he may now no longer be culpable for all his previous atrocities.
