SYNOPSIS:
Two off-duty Riot Control Officers, Joe and Ben, wander the fairgrounds
of a music festival, reflecting over previous riots they had supervised.
They deliberate the dichotomy of consequences from their actions and
what had transpired, before they are enlisted to present on stage.
