Wes is a struggling cartoonist with a dream to get his toon creations into TV's all over the US. After everything in his world turns on him, he's left to take matters into his own hands and becomes possessed by his main Toon "The Top Hat Rabbit" and embarks on a revenge mission for his toons to be known by the world.
