The hour long fantasy drama pilot centers on three brothers discovering an underbelly secret of witchcraft rooted in their family. They must quickly learn the magics in hopes of surviving the demons targeting them. 

SYNOPSIS:

The series begin with Makai Bishop finally escaping his abusive stepfather, Orlando Straker, and seeking shelter with his older brothers Milo and Mel Bishop. That night, Makai finds a journal in the bedroom he is staying in. It contains a incantation. He reads the incantation when the lightning flashes, indicating the brothers powers have been awakened. Makai takes it upon himself to use magic to get revenge on his stepfather. It is until he attracts a mysterious demon name Bael who feeds on the magic of witches. After being attacked, Makai turns to Mel and Milo informing them about what he discovered. The brothers must learn the magic quickly to survive against Bael. Still in the dark about their identity or where their powers came from, the brothers set out a journey that will lead them to an underbelly secret of witchcraft rooted in their family and their hometown Barbados.

Milo Bishop

As the series progress, Milo will prove to himself that he is the elder brother that both younger brothers need. He will be navigating his world of being an elder brother, a witch with his stable career and his love-life. His love-life usually suffers the most since family is the most important thing to him. However it is when he doesn’t achieve the results that he desires and he is totally alone, he realizes that he will need his brothers as much as they will need him.

Melique “Mel” Bishop

It is different for Mel. He has always had a close bond with both his brothers because of him being the middle brother. As the series progress, Mel must contend with his historian job and being a witch with his close-friendship and his a nagging love-life that desperately wants to connect with him.

Makai Bishop

For Makai, it is going to be quite a challenge. After suffering abuse from his stepfather and not really having anyone to come to his aid, he tends to be act alone. However as the series progress, Makai will learn to trust in his brotherhood and know that no matter the screw ups, his brothers will always be there for moral support or to clean up his messes. He will gradually recover from the abuse he suffered, becoming more opening and free and allowing himself to fall in love eventually. Makai is a working progress.

Adam Thornhill, 28, a single police detective who has had past relations with Mel during their secondary school years. However, things broke off with them. He is a single father. They reunite through Makai and since then, there reunion will be encompass with the brothers underbelly secret of witchcraft.

Kyra Gittens, 25, Arcane Secrets Library Assistant. She is Mel’s best friend and the two of them shared quite a history. She has always been there for Mel during his struggles as a gay guy in Barbados.

Leanne Ward, 27, line chef at Enchanting Whispers who has a secret crush on Milo. She yearns for something more with him but she knows that he will never mix his business life with pleasure.

Carla Straker, 50 is the mother of the brothers. She is known for many secrets, usually putting her own happiness first and always have a reason for why she is doing certain things but above all, she loves her three sons just have a weird way of showing that love to them.

Orlando Straker, 55 who happens to be a drunken abusive man. He is rude and disrespectful to both his wife and stepsons. As the series progress, we learn Orlando suffers the mark of a witch-hunters curse and once he is near a witch or dormant one, he gets the temptation to harm them. His drinking would act as a curve for such impulses and desires.

Shanice Gill. She is 20 and currently at university with Makai. She is the only who has been with him through it all. She is relieved when she learns Makai is with his brothers now. As the series progress, Shanice will learn about the witch hunting curse and she turns to Makai for aid to break it. She also has an older brother, Jeremy Gill, who also have a connection with Mel Bishop.
