In the early 1990’s with separatism becoming a reality in Canada, a former secret service agent infiltrates a militant group planning the assassination of the separatist leader only to discover that he has been set to be the assassin and forever change the face of a country.

SYNOPSIS:

With separatist attitudes in Canada in 1991 becoming more powerful, a radical group called the Alliance for a Unified Canada led by JOHNATHAN ENGLISH has taken it upon themselves to rectify the situation by assassinating one of the leaders of the Bloc Quebecois.

This radical group needs a face and that face is PATRICK YONGE, former agent for the Canadian Intelligence and Security Service. He is approached by his former mentor MALCOLM MUNROE, an RCMP agent who has already infiltrated the organization. Patrick is reluctant at first but when his brother-in-law is suspiciously murdered he agrees to work with Munroe.

Is Munroe working for the RCMP or the Alliance? Is English the intended victim or the leader of a group against the separatist leader? Is Patrick Yonge to be a scapegoat or an assassin and for who?
