SYNOPSIS:

The film, ‘The Sentence’ is centered on a woman, Mira, who is desperate to save her husband from the gallows. He is on death row on account of alleged rape and murder. The woman approaches the hangman to strike a deal with him to save her husband at the last minute, at the time of hanging. The plot evolves in a very interesting and sinister way, keeping the audience on edge through the film constantly. Actor, Model & ‘BOLLYFIT Girl’, Reema Sarin has played the main lead in the film with excellent understanding of the role and acting. The character, Mira is required to display intense emotions in every scenes throughout the film, and Reema has managed to emote with passion and integrity to the character. She has dealt with the aspirations of the character beautifully and has done complete justice to the challenging role of Mira. The character of the husband has been played by Sujit Kumar and of the hangman by Anil Monga, both good actors.
