A welder experiences a life altering accident while working on a gas pipeline which turns him into a welding, crime fighting super hero with a variety of other talents.

SYNOPSIS:

Billy was welding seams on a new piece of pipe on an underground gas line. A computer glitch caused gas pressure to build up when it should have been off and caused a massive explosion known as a' "blowback". The force of the explosion embedded his blowtorch into his crotch. Surgeons could not remove it without crippling him. So, he decided to live with his new appendage. Fortunately, Billy is very skillful and inventive. He has adapted to his new part and still works as a welder. He also has decided to fight crime and has developed some other talents utilizing it which will be left to your imagination...
