Fresh out of jail and fresh out of ideas, washed-up jock Nick pays a visit to his ex-lover Amber (now a rich socialite living in Park City, Utah) in hopes of getting a handout.  But when they both discover Nick is the true father of Amber’s 8-year-old daughter and that she might lose everything in her upcoming divorce settlement because of it, Nick blackmails Amber and moves into her mansion posing as her long-lost brother.
