A ragtag bunch of clown performers wasting away in a Tampa Bay theme park job have no choice but to survive a devastating hurricane with their friends from the local dive bar. Armed with what little wits they have, their chances are slim. Add to that a truck-full of angry rednecks and they need a miracle.
