A teenage boy from New York enters a Universe beyond his wildest dreams, only to forget that nightmares are dreams as well.

SYNOPSIS:

Andrew Smith is a high school student from Pine Bush, New York, who enjoys hiking, fishing, and walking with his dog, as well as studying UFO conspiracies. One night, however, his life is upended completely by a mysterious message on his home computer instructing him to sneak out of his house. Andrew is then abducted by a shimmering, golden spacecraft, and taken to the planet Stronghold, the capital of the Empire of the Egoist Crown, in a different time and space than anything he has ever seen before. In this new world, Andrew will learn, firsthand, the awful truth about the UFO theories he has been researching, all the while striving to return to his proper place and time.
