SYNOPSIS:

Don't turn around is a Psychological Horror story where our protagonist, a famous writer, is harassed since he was a teenager by an evil shadow that seems to stick to his back. The writer is in psychiatric treatment and he is treated as a schizophrenic despite the fact that he assures that the presence is True. A terrible accident that leaves the writer in a wheelchair, causes him to travel to a secluded cabin to finish his long-awaited book. A beautiful blind nurse will take care of him and help him finish his work. The evil shadow appears and grows stronger causing an indescribable horror. A former police officer who has a tragic past that relates him to the writer and a pair of twin sisters will try to figure out what is happening and how to destroy the presence that has begun to kill those who confront it. Everything will culminate in an unexpected ending in the best style of films like The Sixth Sense or The Others.
