SYNOPSIS:

Police Chief Anthony DiMucci is desperate to find a cure for his wife’s terminal cancer. While investigating the murder of an Alternative Doctor in his town, he comes upon a Rife Machine, a controversial treatment developed in the 1930’s by a brilliant scientist named Royal Rife, which claimed to cure cancer. The machine, now evidence in the hunt for the killer, is stowed away in his department’s evidence room.

But his desperation takes charge of his wits. Although skeptical, he steals the machine in the hope that maybe, maybe, it can save the life of the woman he loves more than life itself. It may not work — but he has nothing to lose.

Except that his actions set off a deadly game of cat and mouse, and he soon finds that he must outsmart a powerful drug lobby which, in order to protect a new cancer drug, has threatened to destroy the machine at all costs.
