SYNOPSIS:

New York cops Sam and Kevin are investigating a cruel murder in Central Park. Some evidence shows that it wasn't committed by a simple man. The trace brings them to scientific center, in which a group of scientists experiment with a vampire named Richard, trying to create a serum that can kills ones like him.. Left no choice, Kevin and Sam sabotage his escape, during which Sam dies. Richard, who spent many years as experimental rat, seeks vengeance for men who did this to him. Understanding, that his escape was arranged by someone from his past, he unites with Kevin and begins his bloody path to revenge.
