WHITE LIGHT
By Bruce Leaf

GENRE: Comedy, Romance, Sci-fi
LOGLINE: Aliens impregnate a young woman, causing an FBI agent, Air Force officers, and a National Enquirer reporter to pursue her while she and her husband elude them long enough to give birth to the baby.

SYNOPSIS:

A UFO impregnates DONNA, a young Southern California beach babe, while she swims in the surf. Her husband, CHIP, a ne’er-do-well who gambles and rides motocross, doesn’t believe her until she develops the Midas touch and one good thing after another comes their way. The spacecraft and their good fortune don’t go unnoticed. A smart FBI agent, a couple of bumbling Air Force officers, and an unethical reporter from the National Enquirer compete to learn the truth about her. As the months pass, both Donna and Chip become wiser, not to mention wealthier, and outwit the authorities at every turn. The two Air Force officers are sent to the Burning Man Festival in Nevada in the mistaken belief Donna is there and are seduced by the event’s debauchery. Just as Donna is about to give birth, the aliens return and lay claim to the baby. The Air Force is there to capture the UFO, but jets and missiles are no match against the spacecraft. The reporter is so bewildered by what he sees that he can’t record it. And the FBI agent decides to go with the aliens to learn what’s out there. Donna relinquishes the baby so she can stay with Chip even though it means she will never see her child again.

Interesting - I especially like these types of stories where one "government" dude is smart and others aren't.
