Twenty years after a mysterious event split reality and destroyed data records, a woman contends with quantum weirdness and a shadowy government agency to find the daughter she gave up for adoption.
1) I would remove "has" from the first part of the logline.
2) Remove "must" in "...a woman must contend with quantum weirdness and a shadowy government agency..." Stage 32 had a webcast with Audrey Knox yesterday. https://www.stage32.com/lounge/vip/The-Official-Write-Now-Challenge-Post.... During the webcast, she read loglines that Stage 32 members submitted ahead of time. One common mistake she found in some of the logline submissions was "must" in the loglines. She said "must" and "forced" put your character into a passive position.
The new logline: "Twenty years after a mysterious event split reality and destroyed data records, a woman contends with quantum weirdness and a shadowy government agency to find the daughter she gave up for adoption."
Even if you don't include the two suggestions I made, I still give your logline five stars because the two suggestions are small.

Really unique concept, Dave Schroeder!
Two suggestions:
1) I would remove "has" from the first part of the logline.
2) Remove "must" in "...a woman must contend with quantum weirdness and a shadowy government agency..."
