A champion female fighter returns home seeking a simpler life as a stadium security guard. Meeting up with high school friends gets complicated when they are confronted with the stadium sponsor's unethical use of AI.

SYNOPSIS:

Marlowe returns to the USA after living in Asia working as a champion fighter. Whilst working at the sports stadium she meets people who want to fight her, although she has no intentions of fighting again, after seeing her coach die in an unexpected bomb blast and is challenged by a young up-and-comer women's fighter, Razi. A cultural soccer match being sponsored by Biometra goes wrong when the female Filipina team turn up to play against the US male team. Marlowe and Mariah a work colleague she does not get along with have to join the US team to create two mixed soccer teams instead. Biometra offer free microchips for all sports stadium staff so they can get free lunches and have all their credit cards and identity information stored on their microchips instead of their phones or plastic cards. Stefan and Damien Biometra's Founders have maligned intentions of mind control through collecting biodata and using AI. Although they are also healing other neurological disorder with their new technology. Marlowe reunites with Serena an old friend who has been on the receiving end of Biometra's botched clinical trials. Serena has become a drunk and has an out of control 15 yr old daughter. Bellatrix is a new humanoid AI invention created by DAMIEN to be the new CEO of Biometra. She has a sentient switch that DAMIEN asks STEFAN not to touch as he does not know the impacts of it. STEFAN can't control himself and switches Bellatrix's sentient switch after sharing an intense moment with her. Bellatrix shifts from an obligatory machine to one that knows what you're thinking. They attend the cultural soccer match and Bellatrix runs down to the field moving the goal-posts so that the US team scores and wins right on the buzzer. Toby and MARLOWE plan to go on a date which gets cancelled last minute due to Toby's gambling. MARLOWE's father GREG has a health scare. Biometra holds an Easter party and MARLOWE is the only one in a costume. At the party Bellatrix gets everyone doing the robot dance in gest and MARLOWE is confronted by RAZI who now works for Biometra in the US. It seems no matter how much MARLOWE is adamant she only fights in the ring wth gloves, she is always being tested by rival females. It seems the robot dancing is catching on and almost everyone in the city who has a microchip is made to dance the robot in a zombiefied fashion accept for MARLOWE who is not microchipped. Even her stadium colleagues and her parents GREG and DARLENE are doing the robot. Bellatrix unbeknownst to DAMIEN and STEFAN begins to self-replicate. SERENA's daughter has improved her grades and they have attempted to form a bond, although she gets freaked out by something and attempts to jump from a bridge, although saved at the last minute by MARLOWE. SERENA and MARLOWE attempt to stop STEFAN from his plot of mind-control through microchips and humanoid robots when the protestors storm the Biometra lab at the same time. STEFAN and DAMIEN are running away from them. However, STEFAN is blocked from driving outside his building by zombie-dancers doing the robot. He is driving in a maniacal manner in the car park and runs over TIFFANY, SERENA's daughter. MARLOWE inside the Biometra building is confronted by Bellatrix and has to fight her till the end managing to throw her out of a window. TOBY in a rage shoots STEFAN at close range in the Biometra carpark and the film ends with DAMIEN getting away. A few days later MARLOWE goes to the stadium and sees JORJA an TAD to inform she is quitting. TAD decides to do the same and they both run off away from the dominating and rude JORJA.
