In a post-apocalyptic future, bicycle gangs fight each other once a year to rule Seattle. Big Jack, Max’s father and head of the Midnight Warriors, wants revenge on The Destroyers for killing his wife. The Destroyers kill Big Jack and Max is wrongly accused of his murder, causing the gang to splinter. Max must reorganize his fathers’ gang and lead them through a lawless wasteland of the forbidden city to fight another day.
