Hauntings at a heritage house in Portland, Oregon, forces the home’s broken male occupant to act.  In a genre twist, the ghost of a once benevolent historical businesswoman and investigator forces the man to confront his own demons, save his broken family, and turn his own path of planned destruction into something meaningful.

It is always good to begin with a problem. Being rattled is not much of a problem. The problem seems to be that he has ‘demons’ and a broken family. The ghosts help him fix these problems. The logline should give some indication as to how.
