After the death of their father the children, must face their abusive mother and expose her lies so they can finally heal from their wounds.

SYNOPSIS:

A middle-aged abusive wife and mother of 4, loses her husband to a heart condition. He ends up in the hospital and dies after a risky procedure. She is heard complaining about money now that her husband has passed away.

At the funeral (Vanessa) one of the daughters overhears her (Pamela) mother telling some family members she doesn’t know how she will pay for things now. Vanessa decides with the help of one of her sisters they’ll investigate. They are stunned to find envelopes full of money. They decide to keep it quiet at the funeral, but must figure out how to expose these lies to the family.

The two sisters try to keep their cool but decide keeping quiet can't be done anymore, if they ever want to be happy and be rid of the pain and anger they have been holding on to all these years it needs to come out. Levi (their brother) can't believe his mother would be horrible on purpose, (Simone) other sister is in shock she had forgotten all these years. Serafina (oldest daughter) is angered and will never speak to her mother again, Naomi (other sister) can't believe how her mother has lied and treated them all these years and wants nothing to do with her ever again.
