When an American front-line nurse and a wounded German POW fall in love in war-torn Europe, each must risk everything to save the other.

SYNOPSIS:

Wolfgang initially thought being wounded and captured was a blessing, having been a disillusioned and reluctant soldier in Hitler's army, and his relief only grew as he slowly fell in love with his front-line American nurse, Katherine.

But when the Nazi forces cut off their retreat and their medical supplies dwindle, Wolfgang's salvation turns into a nightmare when the American commanders order a halt to German medical assistance to conserve their supplies. Katherine must risk her life to sneak her lover out of camp and return him to his side for the lifesaving treatment she cannot give him.

Now a POW herself, she is forced to rely upon Wolfgang's influence to protect her, which is rapidly being called into question when the Germans begin to suspect his wounds were intentional and his capture a defection...
