As a step-parent, I love this premise and logline. I did want to know more about the mom though like is her main flaw that she is impatient, scared of kids, clingy? Whatever it is, I'd like that to be the descriptive word in front of "stepmom" to let me know a little more about this character/genre. Just a suggestion, this logline/premise really caught my attention either way. Nice work.
