In 2009, Star Rae Productions was created as a performing arts production business, specialising in theatrical and specialised private events. With a background as a performer, as well as in Business & Events Management, Racheal also added film production to her skillset in 2016, working on numerous independent productions across South-East QLD in roles such as Production Manager, Casting Director, and Wardrobe Assistant. In 2021, Racheal relocated to Launceston and in 2022 co-produced the short film “Springder” with Emerge Productions & Launceston Screenmakers, as well as produced several theatrical productions.

Racheal also works in Accounts & Payroll and in her spare time also runs a small Bollywood Dance school.
