About Ray

Ray Archie, CEO of MixLuv, Inc., is infinitely the musician's advocate. It comes from the heart as Ray is also a musician who plays cello, bass, & piano and has performed internationally with Leonard Bernstein, Michael Tilson-Thomas, LSO, SF Symphony orchestra, & many others. Ray crosses the boundaries of classical, jazz, rock, hip-hop, and soul music.

As a technologist, Ray has extensive technology, telecommunications, and business experience. While working as the Director of Streaming Operations for CBS Radio Corporate, he helped to build one of the largest streaming networks in the world.

Ray’s passion for music and the creative process led to the creation and launch of MixLuv – a social platform designed for musicians, songwriters, and engineers to collaborate, create and manage their world of music online. His advocacy for the musician led to the creation of Notes to the Soul, an organization whose purpose is to promote well-being through the language of music. Notes to the Soul is the the parent organization of Music Makers Workshop.

    It's Our Time (2014)
Music by MixLuv Executive Producer The pop single “It’s Our Time” was released on MixLuv Records, in conjunction with New York City’s CMJ Music Marathon. The track includes an all-star lineup of musicians including, former EMI-Caroline recording artist and NYC songstress Lachi, Gary Nesta Pine of Wailers fame, award-winning singer Shea Rose, Scott Sharrard from The Allman Brothers band, Omar, and other artists from across the globe. The inspirational anthem is a battle cry for musicians everywhere to collaborate together. A real-world collaboration, the song was produced to rally support for MixLuv’s Kickstarter campaign (http://mixluv.com/kick), which will bring social music collaboration to life. Rather than having to seek each other out through print or legacy online forums, musicians, songwriters, and engineers will have the ability to meet, collaborate and centrally manage their world of music through the MixLuv platform.
