About Shaun
I am the CEO of Doodad Studios LLC, a Full Service Film Production Studio located in Sacramento CA that focuses on Commercial, Film, and 3D Animation. Going in our 10th year we continue to grow and expand our reach into Film and TV.
About The Director: I have been in the Creative Industry for over 15 years. I am focused on Directing Full time and Screen Writing above all else, though I have years of experience as a DoP and love the process of creating amazing visuals by bending light, framing emotion, and visually telling a story through different color pallets of textures in a scene.
About Our Production Company: We have a full production facility in Northern California. We shoot primary with Red Helium Weapons and Arri Glass. We also have Full Grip Packages, Jibs, Stabilizers, Sliders, Body Rigs, Wireless Focus, Monitors, Lighting Package Setups, and lots more to shoot any production big or small. We do majority of our work in house from pre-production, story boarding, VFX and 3D animation, coloring, editing, and post work.
What im working on for 2020?: Finishing up our own scripts that are both in TV and Feature to then take to production in 2021.
GOALS with Stage 32: Its very simple, because I am not located in Los Angeles im here to Network with other creatives in the Film Industry. I want to collaborate and network with as many producers, actors, cinematographers, dop, screen writers, composers, directors, editors, and colorists. For my own personal Reel I am always open to Directing or being a DoP to a strong script whether that being TV, Short Film, or Feature. If it allows me to grow Im all for it, its not about the money but experience and growing my career. I want to add to my tribe of professionals for future projects big or small!
Unique traits: I'm a highly motivated driven individual that takes my craft very serious. Art and story above all else!
