Skip Bolden is a multi award winning documentary filmmaker and producer as a social media specialist in entertainment.
Originally from New York City, Skip received in his education in fine arts at the Leonard Davis Center for the Performing Arts at CCNY majoring in theatre. Now living in Los Angeles, he pursues his long time passion for cinema. Starting as a video journalist, he covered Hollywood red carpet events, film festivals and movie premiers which included Outfest, The Feel Good Film Festival and the TCM Classic Movie Film Festival. In 2012, Skip made his debut in filmmaking as a producing partner and the editor of the romantic comedy, “Antigame." His passion for travel and world culture lead to his first film as a documentary short, Going Home Again, which he directed and shot on location in Assam, India and winning several awards.
Unique traits: My super power is synesthesia in relation to listening to music which triggers seeing images in my mind’s eye and vice versa. Excellent skill for filmmaking.
