Le N. Harding was born Felicia N. Harding in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Early in her childhood she possessed a passion for the arts, even though her initial career aspirations were to become a lawyer.
Throughout her youth, Le’s mother did a great job of keeping her busy and emerged into the arts. This resulted in Le attending creative outlets such as Freedom Theater of Philadelphia, several community based dance programs, and participating in several writing and oratorical competitions.
Subsequently, Le found her true purpose as a writer and filmmaker midway through her graduate studies. To date she has worked on and help develop original scripts for both television and film, set on the board of directors for The Urban Suburban Film Festival, completed two books, and provided creative consultation for a number of projects for hire.
Le currently holds a Bachelors of Arts in Women Studies and Public Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelors of Arts in Film Media Communication from Temple University, and a Master's Certificate in Communications from La Salle University.
Presently, Le is actively working on seven projects; two full features, one short, three television and one collection of poetry. In addition, she periodically maintaining a blog ().
