Vanessa Cozart

Hi! I'm Vanessa, and..........just kidding. I am not short of things to talk about nor am I shy. I am an Atlanta based actor who has spent my whole life in the South, though I am well-traveled. I studied theatre at Birmingham-Southern College, and right before graduation I auditioned and was accepted into the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. I almost dropped out of BSC to attend the conservatory, but my professor convinced me to stay and get that important little piece of paper called a diploma.
Around the time I graduated I heard about the growing film market in Atlanta, and I thought I would give it a try. I have been here ever since. I have a wonderful agent
(Jana Van Dyke/ Jana Van Dyke Agency) and manager (Jennifer Lonardo/CrackerjackMGTSE).
For almost three years,I have been studying Ivana Chubbuck's 12 Step Acting Guide outlined in The Power of the Actor, and it has truly changed my life and my acting.

I hope to network and collaborate with many creative people on this platform. I love creating characters that are dynamic and interesting and ultimately move people.
