Continuing our coverage for the last week of the 2021 Slamdance Film Festival, Go Indie Now's Joe Compton sat down with filmaker Em Weinstein whose short film In France Michelle Is A Guy's Name plays as part of the narrative shorts program at the festival. Joe and Em talk about the message of the film which is about being transgendered and living up to the expectations and exceptions of masculinity.
