Josh is a senior producer and network executive with more than 20 years of experience developing and producing content for Amazon, Disney, Pixar, Warner Bros, Universal, Sony, DC Comics, Dreamworks, Microsoft, Mattel, Interscope, Atlantic Records and WWE. Josh currently oversees Development of original tv series and movies at Amazon Kids+, the premiere destination for movies, tv, mobile games and books aimed at kids ages 3-13. Currently he’s working on Angry Birds Mystery Island. Josh started in Development at Miramax with Martin Scorsese’s Gangs of New York and Production at Interscope with artists like Eminem, Weezer and 50 Cent before segueing into feature films and television. Josh has produced ten feature films around the world including Lord of the Rings documentary Ringers, Best of 2015 Critics Pick Uncertain Terms, Independent Spirit Award-winning Without, and 2023 WGA-shortlisted Paris is in Harlem. Other notable projects Josh had worked on include Thirst Street, Aquaman, Toy Story 4, Disney Pixar Cars 3, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Justice League, and Barbie. Q: How do I watch my webinar on demand?
A: You will be able to watch your webinar on demand as many times as you’d like inside your Stage 32 profile. The recording is processed and posted between 24-48 hours after the webinar concludes. You can follow the instructions below.

Q: What is the format of a webinar?
A: Stage 32 Next Level Webinars are typically 90-minute educational broadcasts that take place online using a designated software program from Stage 32. Your webinar will be taught by a working industry professional with in-depth teaching on a topic. If you are able to attend live you will be able to ask your Stage 32 Educator questions during Q&A.
Q: What are the system requirements to watch my webinar live?
A: You will need to meet the following system requirements in order to run the webinar software: Windows 7 or later Mac OS X 10.9 (Mavericks) or later.
If you have Windows XP, Windows Vista and Mac OS X 10.9 (Mountain Lion): The webinar software does not support these operating systems. If you are running one of those operating systems, please upgrade now in order to be able to view a live webinar. Upgrade your Windows computer / Upgrade your Mac computer.
Q: What if I cannot attend the live webinar?
A: If you cannot attend a live webinar or purchase an on demand webinar, you will have access to the entire recorded broadcast, including the Q&A.
Q: Will I have access to the webinar afterward to re-watch?
A: Yes! Like all Stage 32 education, after the purchase of a live or on demand webinar, you will have on-demand access to the recording.
Q: How do I get a copy of the handouts provided?
A: If the webinar you take included handouts you can find them as downloads underneath your on demand video. You must be logged into your Stage 32 profile to view the video and get the handouts by clicking settings in the top right hand corner, then clicking purchase history.
Q: What if I need accessibility and accommodations?

He has also has sold his original television projects to Starz, Amazon and AMC, among others. During this incredible Executive Hour, Eduardo talks about working with Oscar-winner Al Pacino on the film SCARFACE in his early 20's, how to write compelling characters for stage and screen, what it is like being in a writers room for HBO, and offers a exercise in breaking character and story that brought one of our members to tears!

Ben Pitts is currently the head of the literary department at The Dragonfly Agency. He has worked in film and tv for over 15 years both in New York and Los Angeles. Since moving to LA in 2020, Ben has been representing both theatrical and literary clients. His client, Carson Higgins, just had an amazing supporting role as Lloyd the sound engineer in BABYLON. On the literary side, Zack Ford wrote and produced the 2022 Sundance hit, WATCHER, which is currently playing theatrically worldwide. Previously, in New York, he worked with high level talent such as Marisa Tomei, Tracy Morgan and Robert De Niro as a coordinator and in development.

With undergraduate and graduate degrees in film, Lesley co-wrote and produced All Quiet on the Western Front (Netflix, 2022), directed by Edward Berger, which went on to win 7 BAFTA’s, including Best Adapted Screenplay and Best Film, and 4 Oscar’s, including Best International Feature Film.
