About Zachary

I have been a freelance writer since I was 18. For six years now, I have created entertainment articles, humorous tweets for companies, movie reviews, breakup letters, e-books, trivia questions, funny messages for a professional Santa, etc.

Basically, I have sold my soul to make sure I have shoes to cover my soles.

I am tired of having to write things I don't believe in. For me, writing is such a special thing. TV Shows, films and novels have changed my life, and it all starts with the writer. Every single time I leave my house, I see potential stories. Most people go out to eat and play on their cellphone until their food arrives. I look around the restaurant and study people. I listen to their conversations, I watch how they interact with the employees. Everything around me is a story.

I realize at 24-years-old I am still young, but I also realize I have said to myself "maybe next year" for the past six years now. I refuse to keep telling myself that. I want to see my words come to life on screen, and I'm not going to be satisfied until that happens.

Writing something that actually connects and maybe even helps someone would make me the happiest person in the world. TV shows and films are an escape for me. When Danny the Bully made fun of my K-Mart shoes in the 4th grade, I'd go home and escape by watching old episodes of The Golden Girls. That's what I want to do. I want to create an escape for someone.
