I always say, “every story begins with a first page.” My story is no exception. I was born on the first morning of autumn in 1992, the years don’t seem long and yet I feel as if I have lived longer than I have. When I reflect back on my 30 years worth of chapters, I can’t help but think it hasn’t been that long since I let go of my mothers hand and picked up a pen. Who I am now doesn’t feel much different than who I was before and yet I know I am indeed different than who I was before. While my born day may be the late 1900s, these 30 years have gone by like short chapters and now a new one begins. I hope you will all continue to turn page after page with me. And like every story begins, I hope you will all start each day with a first page.
