Dominique LaFleur is an acclaimed writer from Boston, Massachusetts. She has numerous scripts under her belt including the 2017 top 3 screenplay Concrete, at the Hip Hop Film Festival and a 2018 semifinalist for Gates of Eden, also at the Hip Hop Film Festival. Her writing style has been described by a panel of judges as poetic, discriptive and delightful.
It has taken her 20 years to hone her skills and nurture her literary voice. Dominique is an avid reader. She draws her inspiration from books, research, music and most importantly, life.
At the current moment she has several writing assignments to fulfill. In addition to working on pitching and producing her episodic script Gates of Eden based off of her tumultuous 8 year experience working at one of the nations most notorious residential placements that currently use electric shock treatments on their clients.
