Darius Waters

Overstanding Deep Concentration Television (O.D.C. TV) is a video production company founded by videographer and documentarian, Darius Waters. Waters began his journey studying business management at Ferrum College in 1996. Recognizing his passion for videos and editing, Waters later enrolled in Howard Community College to submerge himself in the television production field. Having completed a full-length movie, a few documentaries, and various other projects, Waters and his company are now ready to offer their skills and expertise to the world.
